  • Booking and contact details: name, email, phone number, and — for school photography programs — a child's first name, class, or school group.

  • Payment information: processed securely through Shopify's payment system; we do not store your full card details on our own servers.

  • Delivery details: shipping address, if you order printed products.

  • Website usage data: collected automatically via cookies and analytics (pages visited, browser type, device information).

  • Photos taken during your session, used to deliver your gallery and — only where you've consented — for our portfolio and marketing (see our Photo Usage & Copyright Policy).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:


  • Process and manage bookings and payments

  • Deliver your photo gallery and any purchased products

  • Communicate with you about your session, order, or inquiry

  • Send marketing communications, only where you've opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime)

  • Improve our website and services

  • Meet our legal and accounting obligations

3. Children's Information

For school photography programs, we collect limited information about children — such as first name and class/group — solely to organize and deliver accurate photo galleries to schools and parents. This information is provided to us by the school or a parent/guardian; we do not knowingly collect data directly from children. Photos of minors are only used for portfolio or marketing purposes where a parent or guardian has given explicit written consent.

4. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies, including those provided by Shopify, and may use analytics or advertising pixels to understand site usage and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Sharing Your Information

We share information only with trusted third parties who help us run our business:


  • Shopify (our e-commerce and hosting platform)

  • Payment processors

  • Email/SMS marketing providers, with your consent

  • Delivery or courier services, for physical products
