Welcome to Love Light Click. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.lovelightclick.com and the booking of photography services offered by LOVE LIGHT CLICK Marketing Management, registered in the United Arab Emirates under trade license no. 1494978 ("Love Light Click," "we," "us," "our").

By browsing our website, booking a session, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use our site or services.

1. Our Services

Love Light Click provides professional photography services, including family, portrait, lifestyle, and children's/school photography sessions, along with related digital and print products booked and purchased through our website.

2. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked and paid for in full through our website checkout at the time of booking, in AED, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing (for example, under a school program contract).
Booking a session confirms your acceptance of these Terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and our Photo Usage & Copyright Policy.
Prices, availability, and session offerings may change at any time; changes will not affect a booking already confirmed.

3. Session Conduct

Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shortened session at no discount. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice is treated as a no-show under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Children attending a session, whether a private family booking or a school program, must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, guardian, or authorized school staff member at all times, unless otherwise agreed in a signed school services contract.
We reserve the right to end a session early, without refund, in cases of unsafe conduct, abusive behavior toward our team, or conditions that put equipment or personnel at risk.

4. Intellectual Property

All images, website content, branding, and materials produced by Love Light Click remain our intellectual property and are protected under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighboring Rights. Use of your delivered images is governed by our separate Photo Usage & Copyright Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

We take every reasonable precaution to deliver your session as planned, but photography is subject to factors outside our control — weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, participant behavior, or force majeure.
If a shoot cannot be completed or delivered due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, our liability is limited to rescheduling the session or refunding the amount paid for it, at our discretion. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property during a session.

6. Website Use

All images, photos, and content displayed on our website — including our portfolio, homepage, and marketing pages — are the property of Love Light Click and are protected by copyright. No one may copy, download, screenshot, reproduce, repost, or otherwise use any image or content from our website, for any purpose, without our prior written permission. This applies regardless of whether the image features a client, a model, or Love Light Click's own work. You also agree not to misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
